Neighbor Connect is a functional connection of one neighbor’s skill to another neighbor’s need through databasing and categorizing the services volunteers can offer our community.
Today when people are struggling, they often turn to impersonal bureaucratic systems for help. Not that long ago, neighbors were the first to respond to need in their communities. We believe it should be like that again. It's why we created Neighbor Connect.
If you would like to use your skills and gifts, please join us in meeting the needs and blessing those in the Joplin community and the surrounding areas. We will contact you periodically when someone comes to us with a need that fits your abilities and schedule.
A huge shout out to Kevin, Morgan, Leslie, Keith, and Caden for helping Janice move her belongings into storage! Janice would have been unable to get her furniture moved without the help of this group. It's amazing when you see people willing to come together to serve and help those in our community. Thanks again!
